Instead of sleeping peacefully, the five little rascals are full of energy, playfully tumbling over one another on their cozy rug. »DRaMa SLaM«, das legendäre Kurzdramenformat aus dem Hause »Vitamins of Society«, ist am 28. Mai 2026 zu Gast im Schauspielhaus Graz. Alle interessierten Autor:innen sind eingeladen, ihre szenischen Texte in den Wettbewerb zu schicken.

Für die Drama Slam schreiben Dichter:innen dialogische Texte, Kurzdramen, die von vier Schauspieler:innen des Grazer Schauspielhausensembles prima vista vorgetragen bzw. vom Blatt gespielt werden. Das Publikum bewertet basisdemokratisch Inhalt, Qualität und Spielbarkeit der Texte und entscheidet über den besten Text des Abends.

Anforderungen: Die Texte sollten höchstens 10.000 Zeichen haben und für mindestens 3 Personen geschrieben und entsprechend deutlich aufgeteilt sein. Die Figuren sollten Namen haben, um Sprecher:innenwechsel rasch erfassen zu können. Übersichtliche Formatierung und Schriftgröße 14.

Texte bitte in elektronischer Form mit Betreff DRAMA SLAM XXXVIII! an text@dramaslam.eu und dramaturgie@schauspielhaus-graz.com. Einsendeschluss: 10. Mai 2026, 23:59 Uhr.

Dramaturg:innen des Schauspielhauses und die »Vitamins of Society« wählen bis zu 7 Texte für den Abend aus. Am Abend selbst bekommen die Autor:innen jeweils 2 Minuten Zeit, live vor Ort die Rollen zu verteilen und Regieanweisungen zu geben. Dann folgt die Umsetzung durch die Schauspieler:innen, die nicht länger als 10 Minuten dauern darf.

Kosten für Anreise bzw. Unterkunft der Autor:innen werden nicht übernommen. Die Rechte an den Texten bleiben (außer im Rahmen der Drama Slam und ihrer weiteren Bewerbung) bei den Autor:innen.
